Arrival and check-in
Keble College is situated on the northern edge of Oxford city centre, just off Banbury Road, and the northern end of St Giles. It is opposite the University science area and the University Parks. Parking information.
You can check in to your Keble College accommodation 24 hours a day at the Porter’s Lodge. Please note you will be able to access your room only from 14:00h on your arrival date. Luggage storage is available.
If you have made plans to arrive at the College or depart from the College, outside of the Conference inclusive accommodation nights (23 – 27 September) please make your own arrangements via Keble College B&B or another college/hotel for your stay. The Keble College app provides useful information and recommendations, and is downloadable from the App Store and Google play by searching ‘Keble B&B’.

Three-day residential delegates: If you have registered for three days only (26 -28 September) – for the programme starting on Wednesday – you can check in at Keble the night before, on Tuesday 25 September. You will be able to join the other delegates for afternoon refreshments and a College dinner.

(1) On Sunday 23 September from 15:30 until 18:00 at the Sloane Robinson Building foyer. Please follow the signage, or ask for directions at the Porter’s Lodge.
(2) On Monday 24 September from 07:30 – and again on Wednesday 26 September from 07:30 – 8:00 at the Sloane Robinson Building foyer.
All sessions will take place in the O’Reilly Theatre (Sloane Robinson Building) – except on Tuesday 25th when parallel sessions will be offered in the Pusey Room. Please refer to the programme for the start times each day.
