The project will utilize a series of linked national, hospital-level and population-based studies within a network of health and demographic surveillance sites to evaluate challenges plaguing CRVS (civil registration and vital statistics) and define context-specific solution pathways for achieving universal coverage of CRVS in Kenya. It will run for the next five years supporting several students and working closely with the Civil Registration Services Department.
