Barbara Citarella
Data Manager
Barbara is the Clinical Data Manager for the ERGO/ISARIC Global Support Centre, currently focused on a global COVID-19 data research collaboration between ISARIC, University of Queensland and the COVID-19 Critical Care Consortium. The research collaboration focuses on COVID-19 patients undergoing ECMO (ExtraCorporeal Membrane Oxygenation). Barbara oversees the user management process, and the submission of quality clinical data from clinicians around the world participating in the collaboration. Prior to joining ERGO/ISARIC, Barbara worked in infectious diseases research, and as a scientist in vaccine and drug development.
