Innovation Fellowships Manager
I facilitate the development of equitable collaborations between Oxford academics and African innovators to improve health outcomes in Africa. I act as the contact point for innovation fellows and prospective candidates, manage application selection and onboarding processes, facilitate content preparation and review, design, organise and host virtual and in-person training workshops for the innovation fellows, identify and nurture opportunities for collaboration, and engage with colleagues championing translational research and business partnership across the University.
