Researcher–Implementation Science of critical care for COVID- 19 in East Africa
Providing research support to the Avoiding preventable deaths through the Provision Of Essential Treatment In Critical Illness in the COVID-19 pandemic (the POETIC-COVID) project. Focusing on documenting the stakeholders and projects supporting critical care in Tanzania and Kenya and the contextual implementation realities of these, to help characterize the impact of the significant investments resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic on critical care services in these countries.
