MORU Epidemiology
Nattwut Ekapirat is a biostatistician, data manager and GIS specialist for the Epidemiology Department. Before joining MORU, Nattwut worked as a statistician with the WorldWide Anti-Malarial Resistance Network (WWARN) in Bangkok.
Holder of an M.Sc. in Applied Mathematics from Mahidol University in Bangkok, Nattwut’s research interests include spatial statistics, malaria epidemiology, detecting of antimalarial drug resistance and GIS mapping and the dynamic modelling of histidine-rich protein II (HRP2) within hosts.
