Invitation to conference sponsors

We are supporting attendance at the Conference, the University of Oxford short course on the Quality of Medical Products & Public Health – or to both – by a significant number of colleagues from low- and middle-income countries, thanks to the generous support of our sponsors.

We would like to extend this opportunity to journalists from low- and middle-income countries who are interested in improving their knowledge and understanding of medicine quality issues. If your organisation has funds that could be used for such support, please get in touch with the MQPH Conference organisers via email at mqph2018@ndm.ox.ac.uk as soon as possible. We would be extremely grateful for your support!

Invitation to conference exhibitors

We invite companies that make medicine quality screening devices, and not-for-profit organisations to apply to exhibit at the Conference. You will have the opportunity to discuss with and take enquiries on your products from over 200 international conference delegates over the five-day period.

A dedicated area with tables and power will be made available at Keble College. The cost is £3,000 per table space for exhibiting companies (£2,000 per table space for exhibiting not-for-profit organisations) from the afternoon of Sunday 23 September to the morning of Friday 28 September.

The offer includes a full 5-day residential package at Keble College for one exhibitor delegate. A company representative is welcome to assist as a day visitor (lunch and refreshments only) for the duration of the Conference; you will need to confirm attendance by email to the organisers. Please refer to the ‘Conference Packages’ tab for more information.

If you are interested, please complete the Exhibitor Application Form with your organisation and main contact details. We have limited space for exhibitors, so please specify what your organisation would like to exhibit at the Conference and if you have further enquiries, MQPH organisers will reply to you as soon as possible. ** Early submission is recommended as the number of exhibition spaces is limited.**
