SPONSORED PLACES: Organisers are applying for funding to support nationals from low/middle-income countries to attend the conference. Sponsorship incorporates: Five-day residential delegate package at MQPH 2018 Conference, economy class return airline tickets approved by the organisers, UK visa costs (if applicable) and limited expenses; optional attendance at the five-day residential course (17th-21st September) and two nights’ B&B in Oxford prior to the Conference. ** Please revisit this space to find out how to apply with MQPH 2018 for a sponsored place. Your application must be received by 1 April 2018  for the Committee’s consideration; places will be confirmed by June 2018. **

STUDENT REGISTRATION: You will need to provide the name of the academic institution where you are enrolled, your student ID number and primary supervisor’s name. On arrival at the Conference registration, please bring along your student ID or another proof of student status.

If you intend to attend both the course (17th-21st September) and the Conference please make own arrangements with Keble College or other hotel/college for overnight stays for the weekend nights 21st and 22nd September. Please remember to advise Keble College B&B  that you will stay on for the Conference, the first night for 5-day delegates will be Sunday 23rd September. [Please note the rooms are single ensuite (or single ensuite quad facing). You will need to book a room of the same type should you want the College to try and allocate you a stay in the same room throughout. All rooms online are subject to availability; please contact the College if you have accommodation-related enquiries.]

Please be reminded to allow for sufficient time to process your UK entry visa application (if required) – an invitation letter will be provided on request.

We regret no refunds will be given for registration cancellations made after 1st August 2018. Package prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

MQPH 2018 RESIDENTIAL DELEGATE packages include:

5 days’ programme

& 5 overnight stays:  Conference registration and pack, 5 nights’ accommodation in a single occupancy en-suite College room with breakfast, refreshments, lunches, Chef’s Choice dinners and the Gala Dinner, all social events,  poster printing if applicable. [We regret there is no option to book for fewer than 5 nights within this package. Alternatively you can choose a 3-day package as set out below.] You do not need to confirm dinner attendance.

3 days’ programme 

& 3 overnight stays (from 25th September) or 2 overnight stays (from 26th September):  Conference registration and pack, 2 or 3 nights’ accommodation in a single occupancy en-suite College room with breakfast, refreshments, lunches, Chef’s Choice dinners and the Gala Dinner (all served with wine), social events, poster printing if applicable. You do not need to confirm dinner attendance.

Tuesday 25th September stay is optional but available for those wishing to check-in on that day – your room would be available from 14:00h.  You can join other delegates for the afternoon refreshments and the College dinner that evening. Please indicate your check-in date on the registration form.

MQPH 2018 DAY DELEGATE package includes:

Conference registration and pack, refreshments, lunches, dinners (per your selection) over the 3 or 5 days, social events and poster printing if applicable. We regret individual day bookings are not available, the minimum booking period of 3 days applies.

Please bear in mind that the day delegate dinners (all served with wine)  have to be pre-ordered with Keble College – these bookings cannot be made on the day. Please indicate your dinner date choices and any dietary requirements  on the conference registration form.
