Anyone featured in films will need to sign a consent form, downloadable from the University photography and GDPR toolkit

• Create an account in Vimeo
• Create albums, if relevant
• Upload your videos - select Rating = All audiences
• Update the Settings for each video (button 'Advanced' on the right)

General settings

• Add in title, description and choose the still image, called Thumbnail in Vimeo:
• Under Thumbnails, click on 'Edit thumbnail' and select a frame
• Click on 'Use this frame' and 'Save Changes'
• Update the privacy setting
• Assign videos to album(s) in collection
• You can also replace the video if needed

How to update end screen

From 'Advanced', navigate to Interaction tools

• End screen = More videos
• From = Showcase videos
• Showcase: select the category

If you cannot view the category (for example Global Health)

• In Chrome, open DOM view (Cmd + shift + C) > Element tab
• Click on the Showcase box, go to the bottom of the Element tab and open all Div until you get the <ul
• Drag the #10 <li item (Global Health) further down the list to become visible

Note: Click on 'Save changes' each time you navigate to a different tab in the settings, otherwise the changes will not be saved
