The 2025/26 IHTM cohort marked the end of their final exams with a celebratory course dinner at Oxford’s historic Divinity School, joined by alumni, tutors, course administrators and supporters of the programme.
The end of exams brings to a close an intensive two terms of learning. Over the past seven months the cohort have grown together as a class, supporting one another through a demanding but rewarding academic journey.
On Friday 24th April, students gathered for the traditional IHTM Course Dinner in the Divinity School. The evening was one of gratitude and reflection, recognising the many individuals who have helped make this journey possible.
The cohort now looks ahead to Trinity Term, when students will begin their 8-week research placements embedded within various institutions across the globe. This next stage will give students the opportunity to apply what they have learned throughout the course through research and collaborative work.
We are excited to see the breadth of work and placement experiences, and the ways in which their work will contribute to globe.

Students also awarded members of the teaching team who they felt have gone above and beyond this year:
Junior Lecturer Award: Naima Nasir
Senior Lecturer Award: Ernest Guevarra
Teaching Assistant Award: Ashish Giri
Many congratulations to the IHTM class of 2025/26 on completing their final exams, and warm thanks to everyone who contributed to a memorable evening of celebration.
