KWTRP hosted the 2nd Advanced workshop for Bioinformatics workflows between 27th -31st March with 28 participants from Kenya, Uganda, DRC-Congo, Malawi and Nigeria, with support from NGS Academy for the Africa Pathogen Genomics Initiative.
