Kartika Saraswati
Research Physician
Tika is a trained medical doctor with expertise in tropical medicine and global health research.
Her research projects are dedicated to exploring the impact of rickettsial diseases, including scrub typhus and murine typhus, on the health of the Indonesian population, as well as identifying obstacles and deficiencies in combating these diseases. To tackle research questions in resource-constrained environments, her projects employ a variety of methods, such as evidence syntheses, serosurveys, and mathematical modeling.
