Women in Research
The Oxford Tropical Network (OTN) 2027 conference will include a dedicated Women in Research programme, taking place on Monday 13 September 2027 as part of the wider OTN meeting in Oxford.
The Women in Research programme will provide an opportunity to celebrate the achievements and leadership of women across the global OTN community, while creating space for discussion, networking and professional development.
The programme is expected to include keynote speakers, panel discussions and interactive workshop sessions exploring topics such as leadership, mentoring, career development and research culture. The morning programme will be open to all OTN delegates, with dedicated workshop sessions later in the day designed to support women working across the network.
The event aims to bring together researchers, professional services staff and research leaders from across OTN's international partnerships to share experiences, strengthen connections and encourage future collaboration.
