Adelina Blaga

Adelina Blaga is the AfOx Programmes Operations Manager, overseeing the smooth running of all AfOx programmes and operations. She manages programme administration, general operations, and budgets, including forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring that everything runs efficiently and effectively.

Adelina also leads the AfOx Programme Officer and Programme Assistant, supporting the team to deliver the organisation’s mission.

Adelina holds a Master of Business Administration with a specialisation in Hospitality from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, Romania, and is currently undertaking the Operational Departmental Manager Apprenticeship.
